Financial Aid Information

During fall of senior year, students can apply for federal and state financial aid. The College and Career Center will host Cash for College Workshops each fall. The workshop provides FREE, one-on-one financial aid assistance to families completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or the California Dream Act Application (for eligible AB540 students). These forms must be completed by March 2 to receive priority consideration for state and federal financial aid, including: grants, loans and work-study opportunities, if eligible.

The counseling department will electronically upload GPAs directly to the California Student Aid Commission’s system for Cal Grant awards.  This is the fastest and most secure way for students to submit their Cal Grant GPAs.

Visit individual college websites for specific financial aid and scholarship deadlines. All local scholarship information is posted on Naviance.
